American tech entrepreneur Earick has rejected making a formal takeover bid for Spurs.

Tottenham had before “firmly declined” an preliminary inquiry from a syndicate spearheaded by the American last month and stated the organization was off the market.

However British acquisition regulations required that, following an initial approach rejected, the interested parties had to submit a bid by the October deadline or declare they would not do so.

Official word of the determination was provided in a release issued by Spurs to the financial markets, stating the club is “ceased to be in an takeover phase.”

He shared an image of the statement on digital channels, remarking: “It was a privilege interacting with Tottenham Hotspur and the owners' representatives over the past few months.

“I hold deep admiration for the team, its executives, and its followers, and desire only the best.”

Spurs' leadership expressed gratitude to the group for its “cooperative stance” in discussions and for “honoring the definitive view” of the owners that the team is not for sale.

Brooklyn Earick is a former DJ who also worked in space technology for Nasa before founding Redacted RnD, which concentrates on technology, entertainment, sport and leisure.

The informal offer was the third approach rejected by the club's board since the sudden departure of top executive the former chairman in the fall.

In early fall, the team turned down proposals from ex-Newcastle investor the financier's PCP International and a consortium led by Dr Roger Kennedy and Ng through Firehawk Holdings Limited.

Daniel Levy and his relatives hold about 30% of the parent company – which has an nearly 87 percent interest in Tottenham.

He was the the league's top-tenured leader and is reported to have received over £50 million during his nearly 25 years in the role.

Yet he was also the subject of ongoing dissent by Tottenham supporters, especially last term as Premier League performances turned out below expectations.

The north London club secured their first trophy in nearly two decades when they overcame Manchester United in the May European final.
